I look forward to speaking at length to Jean Claude about his people and why they are the target of continued persecution and violence, the fate of other Tutsis. I am interested in the other Tutsi ethnic groups and how the massacre in Rwanda ties into the massacres in Eastern Congo and Burundi.
The latter has to do with the Western European which has grown to include America and other NATO allies like China, countries with sizable economic gains in African countries.
